Ringo Leung, vice president of commercial and supply chain for MEGlobal International FZE, is located at the company’s headquarters in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. MEGlobal is a 50:50 joint venture between The Dow Chemical Company (Dow) and Petrochemical Industries Company (PIC) of Kuwait.

In his role, Leung is responsible for the management of a commercial and supply chain organization of more than 50 people around the world in locations as diverse as the United States, Canada, China, Hong Kong, Switzerland and Dubai.

Leung joined MEGlobal in 2005 as the commercial director for the Asian region. He started his career with Dow Chemical Pacific in 1985. He has had a successful career which involved several international assignments in purchasing, government relations, sales and marketing of commodity and specialty chemicals in Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai and Singapore. With his vast geographical expertise in the region of highest growth his contribution and expertise is highly valued in MEGlobal. He was the purchasing director for DowPacific before he joined MEGlobal in 2005. Prior to assuming this role, Leung was the global supply chain director of MEGlobal and based in Dubai.

Leung holds a Master’s degree in Polymer Science and Technology from Queen’s University of Belfast, and an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management, University of New South Wales.
