MEGlobal Donates RMB 500,000 to China Earthquake Relief

Hong Kong - May 19, 2008

To help support ongoing relief efforts in China following the major earthquake that hit Wenchuan County in China's Sichuan province on May 12, MEGlobal has committed RMB 500,000 (US$71,500) to Red Cross China as the impact of this earthquake continues to be felt.

As the impact of this natural disaster continues to be felt, our condolences are with the families and friends of the thousands killed and injured, and to those whose livelihoods have been destroyed. We hope our donation efforts can help continue to bring relief to the region as it begins the long process of restoration," said Ben Poon, MEGlobal's vice president Commercial.
